1. Eligibility – Age Restriction
You must be at least 18 years of age to use our services and to enroll in our SMS messaging program. By using our services or opting in to receive text messages, you represent and warrant that you are 18 years of age or older.
2. SMS / Text Messaging Program
2.1 Program Description & Messaging Use Cases
Progress Law offers an SMS messaging program through which we send account- and service-related text messages to clients who have opted in. Messages relate to the legal and account services you have engaged us to provide and may include:
- Appointment and scheduled-call reminders;
- Requests for documents, signatures, or information needed for your account;
- Account and case status updates;
- Payment and account confirmations; and
- Customer-care and support messages, including responses to your inquiries.
This is not a marketing program. We do not send promotional or advertising messages through this program.
2.2 Opt-In
You enroll by providing your mobile number and affirmatively consenting (for example, by checking the dedicated SMS-consent checkbox on our enrollment or web form). Consent to receive text messages is not a condition of purchasing any goods or services.
2.3 Opt-Out Instructions
You can cancel the SMS service at any time by texting STOP to any message you receive from us. After you send STOP, we will send you a one-time message confirming that you have been unsubscribed. You will no longer receive messages from us unless you opt in again. You may also opt out by contacting us using the support information below.

2.5 Message Frequency & Message and Data Rates
Message frequency varies based on your account and case activity. Message and data rates may apply. Such charges are billed by and payable to your mobile service provider, according to your individual plan. Please contact your wireless carrier for details about your messaging and data plan.
2.6 Carrier Liability Disclaimer
Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Delivery of messages is subject to effective transmission by your mobile carrier and is not guaranteed. We are not responsible for any delays, failures, or errors in the delivery of any message, or for any act or omission of your wireless carrier or any third party involved in transmitting messages.
2.7 Supported Carriers & Changes
Supported carriers may change without notice. We may modify or terminate the SMS program, or any of its features, at any time without liability.
3. Use of Our Website and Services
You agree to use our website and services only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You agree not to misuse the services, interfere with their operation, attempt unauthorized access, or use them in any way that violates applicable law.
4. No Guarantee of Results
Information provided through our website and communications is for general informational purposes and does not constitute a guarantee of any particular outcome. Use of our website does not by itself create an attorney-client relationship; such a relationship is formed only through a signed engagement agreement.
5. Intellectual Property
All content on our website, including text, graphics, logos, and trademarks, is owned by or licensed to Progress Law and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without our prior written permission.
6. Limitation of Liability
