Progress Law (“we,” “us,” or “our”) respects your privacy and is committed to protecting the personal information you share with us. This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect, how we use and protect it, and the choices you have. If you provide your mobile number and affirmatively opt in, we will send you account- and service-related text messages, such as appointment reminders, document and account requests, status updates, and customer-care messages related to the services you have engaged us to provide. Consent to receive text messages is not a condition of purchasing any goods or services.

These providers are contractually obligated to protect your information and may not use it for their own purposes. We may also disclose information where required by law, regulation, legal process, or to protect our rights and the safety of others.

No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, however, and we cannot guarantee absolute security. We retain personal information only as long as necessary to fulfill the purposes described in this Policy or as required by law.
