What to Expect After Acceptance

• Performance-Based Fees: You pay zero fees until an account is successfully closed or restructured. You don’t pay unless we deliver.
• Onboarding: You will provide your list of creditors, monthly budget, hardship details, and financial goals.
• Plan Setup: We will review the process with you and establish your monthly program deposit.
• Agreement: You will receive, sign, and return your client agreement.
• Quality Assurance: We will conduct a recorded verification call for your protection.
• Legal Assignment: A local attorney will be assigned to your file and will contact you.
• Regular Updates: Our customer service team will call you approximately every two weeks to provide case updates. Support is available Monday–Friday, 9 AM–6 PM EST.
• Approval Requests: When terms are reached with a creditor, we will contact you to review the details and obtain your permission to authorize payment.
• Account Control: You can view and manage your FDIC-insured dedicated account online or by phone at any time.

Your Responsibilities

Active participation is required to keep your program running smoothly.

• Income Changes: Notify us immediately of any sudden changes to your income.
• Correspondence: Forward all collection letters and creditor statements to our team.
• Harassment: Inform us immediately if you feel a collector is harassing you.
• Communication: Respond promptly to our calls and emails regarding time-sensitive creditor offers.
• Savings: Add extra funds to your dedicated account whenever possible to accelerate your path to completing the program.
• Budgeting: Maintain a realistic monthly budget to ensure your scheduled program deposits remain on track.
