How We Charge

Our services are affordably and competitively priced.

At Progress Law, we should earn our keep as we go, unlike many firms that require fees up-front and charge ongoing fees. We will talk about our complete fee schedule during your first consultation with our enrollment specialist. Fee details will also be contained in our agreement if you become our client.

Our approach surpasses the standard non-attorney debt negotiation model.

Unlike typical non-attorney debt negotiation companies, Progress Law clients are assigned an attorney who is licensed in their state of residence. The attorney is available to speak with the client and monitor the client’s progress throughout their time with Progress Law.

Clients pay NO up-front cost for their Assigned Attorney.

Progress Law offers a no advance-fee debt negotiation program to consumers who struggle with credit card debt. New clients speak with an attorney, can ask questions and will have the attention of an attorney until they graduate from the Progress Law Debt Negotiation Program. Progress Law does not charge the client any fees until Progress Law is successful in reducing the balance of a client’s debt; if Progress Law doesn’t deliver results, we don’t get paid. Traditional debt negotiation companies do not offer the services that put Progress Law on another level.

It is our policy and belief that you should be in control of your funds at all times to ensure that you have the control and transparency you deserve. We use an independent company to manage all transactions, so Progress Law does not directly handle, hold, or collect any money from you. All clients make deposits directly into their secure dedicated account.
